• Minimum age for Poker Salon & Gaming Room: To enter the Poker Salon, participate in live poker nights, or access any designated gaming-area activities, guests must be at least 18 years old.
• Identification: Guests may be required to present valid, government-issued photo identification (such as an ID card, passport, or driver’s license) to verify age or identity before entry to the Poker Salon, participation in special events, or completion of certain bookings.
• Refusal of entry: Belterhub24 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry or continued access to any guest who cannot provide satisfactory identification or who otherwise fails to meet eligibility requirements under Hungarian law.

Family-friendly dining areas may be subject to different age guidelines at the discretion of management and in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Code of Conduct

Belterhub24 is designed as a calm yet lively eco-bistro and card room where guests can savour local flavors and friendly games in a relaxed atmosphere. To protect this environment:

• Respectful behavior: All guests are expected to behave courteously towards staff, other patrons, and neighbours of the venue. Aggressive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Responsible enjoyment: We invite you to enjoy our craft drinks and poker evenings responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol or poker participation to any guest whose behaviour suggests over-consumption or risk to themselves or others.

Belterhub24 may, at its reasonable discretion, ask guests who fail to respect this Code of Conduct to leave the premises. In such cases, no refunds or credits are guaranteed.
